	Customers can track product movement real-time! With several ways of getting product movement information, customers can easliy access vital information necessary in the supply chain process.


		Track via Internet (World Wide Web). Filogistics' website (filogistics.com.ph) allows customers to enter up to 10 tracking numbers. Tracking numbers can be the Filogistics provided waybill number, customer's shipment number or a customized customer-specific number.


		Track via SMS (Text Messaging). Customers can track product movement by sending a text inquiry to Filogistics by simply typing "Filtrack" <space> <Way Bill Number> and send to 0920 908 8800.


		Track via EMAIL. Customers can receive email notifications of product movement on a proactive basis. To register to the service, simply send an email request with your contact details to customer.service@filogistics.com.ph.
